New snow

The conditions are unfavourable for backcountry touring.
New snow and wind slabs as the day progresses.
As a consequence of new snow and wind more frequent dry avalanches are to be expected as the day progresses, even medium-sized ones. Dry avalanches can be released easily or triggered naturally. The avalanche prone locations are to be found in all aspects in all altitude zones. They are prevalent and are barely recognisable because of the poor visibility.

Very steep grassy slopes: Gliding avalanches are possible already in the second half of the day.
Snowpack
>
Sunday: 50 to 80 cm of snow will fall until the afternoon above approximately 2000 m. The northwesterly wind will transport the new snow significantly. The snowpack will become prone to triggering over a wide area.
Tendency
Monday: Slight increase in danger as a consequence of the snowfall.
